Terms of service
About Paybridge
Paybridge provides software that connects supported online stores with Whop-powered checkout, order synchronization, and related reporting tools. Paybridge currently serves businesses based in the United States. Availability in other countries may be introduced later.
Merchants remain responsible for their products, descriptions, customer relationships, fulfillment, taxes, returns, and customer-facing policies. Whop processes payments under its own terms. Shopify and other connected services operate under their respective terms.
Paybridge does not control payment approvals, payout schedules, reserves, account reviews, or decisions made by connected providers. Using Paybridge does not guarantee approval by any payment provider.
Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must be authorized to connect and manage each store or business account you use with Paybridge.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 or otherwise unable to enter a binding agreement independently, a parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on your behalf and take responsibility for your use. You must separately meet the eligibility requirements of Shopify, Whop, and any other connected service.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
Use Paybridge only for lawful business activities. Do not use it to commit fraud, access another person’s information without authorization, interfere with the service, or circumvent restrictions imposed by connected providers.
Subscriptions and billing
Monthly: $69.99 USD, billed monthly. Annual: $672 USD, billed annually, equivalent to $56 per month.
Both plans include unlimited connected stores within your Paybridge account. Each store requires its own valid connections and configuration.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed price and interval unless canceled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through Whop.
Whop payment processing fees and charges from Shopify or other providers are separate from your Paybridge subscription. Applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed during purchase.
There is no free trial or additional unpaid grace period. If a renewal payment fails, service access may stop when your existing paid period ends. Payment collection or retry attempts do not extend that paid period.
Any subscription price changes will be communicated before they apply, with any notice and cancellation rights required by law.
Cancellation
You may cancel automatic renewal through the subscription management option available in Paybridge’s Billing page or through Whop. If you need assistance, contact info@paybridge.shop.
Canceling stops future renewals. Your subscription remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
After that period ends, Paybridge checkout and synchronization services stop. Before access ends, you are responsible for updating your storefront’s checkout configuration and retaining any records you need.
Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or its data. You may request deletion separately.
Service availability and third-party dependencies
Paybridge depends on connected platforms, hosting services, networks, and payment providers. Maintenance, outages, changes to provider APIs, or restrictions on a connected account may affect availability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular conversion rate, revenue, payment approval, or payout timing. Merchants should review transaction and order records and report discrepancies promptly.
Paybridge does not independently approve your products or replace provider eligibility reviews. Access may nevertheless need to be restricted where required by law, to address fraud or a security incident, or when a necessary connected provider withdraws access.
Nothing in these policies excludes responsibilities or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Refund policy
Subscription refunds
Paybridge subscription payments are generally nonrefundable.
We do not provide refunds simply because you changed your mind, did not use the service, no longer need it, or canceled after a purchase or renewal. Unused subscription time, partial months, and unused portions of annual subscriptions are not ordinarily refunded.
Paybridge will consider requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, or prolonged service failures attributable to Paybridge that materially prevent use of the paid service.
Requests are reviewed individually. Any discretionary refund requires Paybridge’s approval, and its amount will depend on the circumstances.
To request a review, email info@paybridge.shop with your account email, transaction reference, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, or complete payment card details.
Approved refunds are processed through Whop, normally to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Whop and the financial institution involved.
This policy does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law or rights that cannot be waived.
This refund policy applies to Paybridge subscriptions. Purchases made by shoppers from a merchant’s store are governed by that merchant’s policies and applicable payment-provider terms.
Privacy policy
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Paybridge, we may collect the following information.
Account information: Your name, email address, account identifiers, and support communications.
Store and connection information: Store names, domains, business identifiers, settings, and authorization credentials needed to operate integrations.
Checkout and order information: Shopper contact details, delivery and billing information, cart contents, order amounts, transaction references, and payment, refund, dispute, or fulfillment status.
Subscription information: Your Paybridge plan, subscription status, billing dates, and payment references.
Technical and usage information: Device and browser information, IP addresses, logs, page activity, and analytics identifiers collected by us or our service providers.
Payment details entered into Whop’s payment forms are handled by Whop and its payment partners. Paybridge’s systems are not intended to store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.
How we use information
We use information to provide checkout, store connections, order synchronization, and reporting; manage subscriptions and account access; respond to support requests; diagnose errors, secure the service, and prevent fraud; measure usage and improve Paybridge; and meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
For merchant accounts and Paybridge’s own website, we determine how information is used for these purposes. When handling shoppers’ information to provide a merchant’s checkout and order services, we generally act on that merchant’s behalf.
Shoppers should contact the merchant first about their orders, refunds, or privacy requests relating to a purchase.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information as needed to operate the service using providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, networking, and related infrastructure; Supabase for account authentication and related services; Shopify for store information and order synchronization; Whop for payments, subscriptions, and transaction-related services; and Google Analytics for measurement of public website usage.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do disclose information to service providers for the operational purposes described here.
Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect against fraud or security threats, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Cookies and website analytics
Paybridge uses cookies and similar technologies for account functionality and website measurement.
We use Google Analytics on public website pages to understand visits and interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser, and usage information. Our integration disables Google signals and advertising-personalization signals.
You can manage cookies through your browser and use available analytics-blocking tools. Blocking essential cookies may affect sign-in or other functionality.
Where applicable law requires consent or a specific opt-out mechanism, that requirement applies in addition to browser settings.
Data retention
We retain information for the purposes described in these policies, using the following general schedule.
Active account and store records: While your account is active and the records are needed to provide the service.
Identifiable checkout and order details: Generally up to 24 months after the transaction, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a dispute requires longer retention.
Account closure: Remaining account and operational personal information is deleted or de-identified within 90 days, except for records needed for legal, financial, security, or dispute purposes.
Connection credentials: Revoked or deleted when the connection is permanently removed, subject to necessary completion of pending operations.
Paybridge’s own subscription billing records: Up to seven years for accounting, tax, and dispute purposes.
Routine technical logs: Generally up to 90 days, with relevant records retained longer for an active security investigation.
Backups: Deleted information may remain in restricted backups until those backups expire, generally within an additional 90 days.
We may retain de-identified, aggregated statistics—such as checkout counts and revenue totals—for longer-term business analysis. These statistics must not identify a merchant or shopper, and we will not attempt to re-identify them.
Records retained independently by Shopify, Whop, or other providers are governed by their own policies.
Privacy requests and security
You may contact info@paybridge.shop to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about its use. Additional rights may apply depending on your state and applicable law.
We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information must be retained to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect security. We will explain any applicable limitation.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Paybridge is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information directly to Paybridge, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes and contact
Policy updates
We may update these policies as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes will not remove rights that already apply to a purchase or dispute.
Illinois law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here limits nonwaivable legal rights.
